Strategic Focus is a high level financial planning system based on the duPont formula, free cash flow and economic profit (EP) concepts. Both short term and long term plans are fully incorporated in the software. Financial plans can be created yearly, monthly, quarterly and / or year-to-date.
Long term plans generally cover an annual approach and are for planning over several years with the input of annual data. Short term plans generally are done where the plan time period is within a year based on monthly or quarterly data.
