Download software svcf.app 14 mb
Make a copy of the old file: In your C:\VCF9 folder, rename the existing svcf.app file to svcf.old.
Copy the file you downloaded above into your c:\VCF9 folder.
Start the software.
(If the software runs, then you can later delete the file svcf.old).
